TED BAKER PLC v AXA INSURANCE UK PLC [2017] EWCA Civ 4097

An insurer had a duty to tell the insured that information required to investigate a claim was outstanding.  However, on the facts the insured had not established that it had suffered loss so the trial judge had been right to dismiss the insured’s claim.
